Developers are planning to build 26 townhomes on 2.92 acres at 7417 and 7423 Min Tom Dr.
Joseph Ingram is the applicant and Vinod Javer is the property owner.
It is near the Remington Court and Hunters Point developments.
The developer is seeking a TRN-3 zone that allows building townhomes on public Right-of-Way with individual lots sold "fee simple". Each unit will be under 2,000 square feet, with a one-car garage and three bedrooms, "aimed at providing workforce housing at median cost."
The layout includes open space and stormwater facilities as well as a 25-foot rear
setback.
Planning Agency staff said it is not compatible with nearby residential, and is recommending denial of rezoning.
It goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
