The Chattanooga Lookouts fell in both games of the double header to the Knoxville Smokies on Sunday afternoon to conclude their series in a rainy weekend at Chattanooga.

In Game One starting pitcher Kevin Abel was roughed up for six runs in less than two innings of work and the Lookouts were defeated 9-2. Third baseman Sal Stewart was once again the lone bright spot offensively, collecting two hits.

In Game Two the Lookouts collected only three hits falling 5 to 1. Starting pitcher Jose Franco gave up two runs in four innings and was tagged with the loss.
