Tammy Creasman
Tammy Renee’ Maupin Creasman, 58, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Al., after a lengthy illness.
She graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1980. Tammy later earned an associate’s degree in Applied Science from Cleveland State Community College in 1999.
She was passionate about her family and friends. Tammy never met a stranger and was always eager to help anyone in need. She had an insatiable love for nature and being outdoors where she spent countless hours feeding birds and tending to her flowers.
Tammy was preceded in death by her sister, Alicia Maupin; parents, James Earl and Betty Faye (Watson) Maupin; grandparents, William and Bertie Watson and Thomas and Flora Maupin; and her fur babies, Penny, Lexi and Tiffany.
Survivors include her sons, Caleb Patterson and Jacob Creasman; husband, Charlie Patterson; sister, Christie Maupin-Carpenter (Jimmy) of Ooltewah and Michael Maupin (Kathy) of Cleveland; niece, Caitlin Maupin; nephews, Seth Tracy and Justin Maupin; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, April 12, in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery with Justin Maupin, Seth Tracy, Seth Davenport, Brandon Patterson, Will Tracy and Jimmy Carpenter serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
