Robert "Bob" Borge, 84, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at the family residence.

Bob was born in Fall River, Ma., and he was the son of the late Antoinette Paquette Borge and Arthur Borge. His wife, Joan Borge, his sisters, Barbara Borge, Myrt Cyr, and Ruth Medeiros as well as his brothers, Edmund Borge and John "Tom" Borge preceded him in death. Bob worked in the textiles industry most of his life, retiring from Permna Color Inc/Greenwood Mills Corporation. He enjoyed playing golf and he was a member of the Cleveland Country Club where he served on the board. He was an active member of the Bulls and Bears investment club and a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, where he was a parishioner. More than anything, Bob was a man devoted to his family, and he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. 

Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth Noyes and her husband Craig of Annandale, Virginia, his sons, Christopher Borge and his wife Kim of Lakeville, Massachusetts, Michael Borge and his wife Danielle of Plainville, Massachusetts, Keith Borge and his wife Lisa of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, his nine grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. 

The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 2, at 10 a.m. at the St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church with Father Mike Nolan officiating and Deacon Steve Ratterman serving.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Knights of Columbus Council #4572 C/O St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 900 Clingan Ridge Dr. N.W., Cleveland, Tn. 37312.
