Gary Milligan
Gary Lee Milligan, 67, of Chattanooga, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 28, 2021.
Mr. Milligan was born and raised in Chattanooga and was a graduate of Red Bank High School. He was the past owner of Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, the Pancake Man, Red Fox Lounge and was partners with Wendy’s when they first came to Chattanooga. He was currently the owner of Famous Alan Gold’s in Chattanooga.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rose Frances and Burton Milligan, Sr.; and brother-in-law, James Maples.
Surviving are his brother, Burton Milligan, Jr.; sister, Gloria Maples; and nephew, Scott Maples.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, June 4, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Wayland Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Scott Maples, John Morrow, Howard Haven, David Dishner, Jonathan Burke and Kelly Amerson.
