The Chattanooga Housing Authority is opening its waitlist for the newly-renovated Cromwell Hills, a Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) site.
The waitlist will be open from June 2-11 for households with between six and eight household members for a limited number of four-bedroom units. Applicants must pass a background check and meet program requirements including household income. Applications will be taken online only, and may be accessed on the CHA’s website.
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Once taken, applicants will remain on the waiting list until there is availability for a four-bedroom apartment.
CHA leaders said, “We are pleased to bring these units back on-line as part of our newly renovated portfolio. While there are a limited number of units available, we are looking forward to welcoming residents to a new place to call home.”
