Ladies Who Launch Luncheon Is Thursday At Common House

  • Monday, August 15, 2022

Every third Thursday of the month, in conjunction with the Chattery and Common House, LAUNCH Chattanooga offers a chance to connect with fellow female entrepreneurs and share successes, challenges and frustrations through a panel discussion.

The Ladies Who Launch Luncheon for Thursday panel features:

Kendra Simon of SimonWest Agency
Yanetta Bowman of Grand Finale Event & Decor
Tacia Taylor of Nola Girl’s Gumbo
April Ashley of Freedom from Laundry
LaToya Bonner of Bonner Consulting Services

The panel will be moderated by DeJuan S. Jordan, Director of Business Support at LAUNCH Chattanooga. DeJuan is also a life and business coach.

August’s luncheon is Thursday from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tickets are $12 for members of Common House and $24 for non-member guests (non-members of Common House may attend without a member sponsor).

LAUNCH has equipped over 700 adults with the tools necessary to be successful entrepreneurs in the community. LAUNCH accomplishes this through its LAUNCH CHA Academy, a 10-week program that teaches financial literacy, marketing, and relevant tools required to start a successful business. By incorporating past graduates as class facilitators, frequently featuring local business owners as guest speakers, and offering business coaching following the completion of the course, LAUNCH provides holistic support to program participants throughout the journey of beginning a business.
