New Associates Join Leitner Williams Law Firm

The law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorneys Wyatt A. Morrison, John M. Foster and Emily E. Costanzo have joined the firm as associates.

Wyatt A. Morrison is an associate located in the Chattanooga office whose areas of practice include insurance coverage and defense, general liability, premises liability, transportation law, and workers compensation law. He received his B.A. in political science (magna cum laude) with a minor in Sociology from the University of Tennessee in 2018. Wyatt graduated from Rutgers Law School in May of 2024. During his time at Rutgers, he served on the executive board of the Rutgers Veterans Law Society. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.

John M. Foster is an associate in the firm's Knoxville office whose areas of practice include general liability, insurance coverage and defense, premises liability, product liability and workers’ compensation law. He pursued his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University, earning a B.B.A. in Legal Management (magna cum laude) with minors in environmental and legal studies. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Lincoln Memorial University - Duncan School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Chief Justice of the LMU Moot Court program and as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.

Emily E. Costanzo is an associate in our Nashville office whose practice is primarily focused on general liability, insurance defense, and labor and employment. Emily received her bachelor’s degree in 2019 from the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in Public Service with a concentration on non-profit management. She then attended Belmont University College of Law, graduating in May 2023. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association and National Employment Lawyers
