Thank You, District 27

  • Thursday, November 7, 2024
Dear friends and neighbors of District 27,

I am incredibly honored to have been elected as your State Representative. This victory belongs to all of us, a testament to our shared values, hard work and commitment to every family and business in our district. I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me, and I promise to serve with dedication, integrity and an unwavering commitment to representing the heart of our community.

The journey to this moment has been deeply personal.
As the daughter of a South Korean immigrant and a military veteran, I grew up understanding the meaning of service, determination and the strength that comes from blending different backgrounds and experiences. I have witnessed these same qualities in the people of District 27. Your stories, struggles and triumphs have been the driving force behind my campaign, and they will continue to guide every decision I make in Nashville.

This election was more than just votes cast; it was a powerful affirmation of our shared vision for District 27. From supporting our small businesses to advocating for low taxes and addressing immigration thoughtfully, I am committed to working hard to make meaningful progress on the issues that matter most to you.

I also want to thank my husband, Chris, and our five wonderful children. Their support and encouragement kept me going through late nights, early mornings and countless events. And to every volunteer, friend and neighbor who contributed time, resources or a simple word of encouragement: I am deeply grateful. You have made this journey as rewarding as the victory itself.

Together, we'll continue to make Tennessee the beacon of liberty, economic independence and family values.  Let’s continue lifting each other up, and proving that when our community stands united, we are capable of incredible things.

Thank you again for this honor and opportunity to serve you. May God Bless You and May God Bless Tennessee!

With gratitude,
Michele Reneau
State Representative, District 27
