Marvin LeBron Dean, 83, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

Born in LaFayette, Georgia he was owner/operator of L&S Towing and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ellen Coots Dean and several siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Arlene McDaniel Dean of Ringgold; two daughters, Wanda Gail (Larry) VanFossen and Dianne Dyer; three sons, David Lebron (Renee) Dean, Daniel (Geneva) Dean and William Scott (Mae) Dean; three step-daughters, Sherri Brown, Janet Rhodes and Brenda (Robbie) Taylor; step-son, Leonard Nathan (Connie) Rhodes; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, March 29, at the funeral home.
