Bohr Electronics Announces Promotions And New Roles In Sales Department

Bohr Electronics has announced several key promotions and the creation of a new role within its sales department, effective immediately.

Officials said, "These changes reflect the company's commitment to enhancing its customer service and supporting the expanding interest in its core repair business and Central Railway MFG (CRM) product line of onboard data system solutions and software technology."

Dillon Steen has been promoted to product manager for the CRM product line. Previously serving as the business development manager, Mr.
Steen will now lead CRM product management from development to end-of-life, collaborating with customers to address their onboard data acquisition and management needs, providing sales leadership and guiding new product development. Mr. Steen has been with Bohr Electronics since January 2022.

In addition, Alexis Neal has been promoted to customer support manager, transitioning from her former role as Customer Support Specialist for the past two years. Neal will lead the customer support team at the Chattanooga headquarters, offering leadership and focused solutions for key customers with legacy equipment and data management devices.
