After a dramatic extra inning loss on Thursday night the Lookouts weren't able to muster any offense, collecting only three hits in a 2-0 loss to the Tennessee Smokies. Smokies starter Antonio Santos threw seven innings of shutout baseball allowing only two hits with seven strikeouts.

Lookouts starter Chase Petty was the tough luck loser on the night as he pitched five innings and gave up two runs on six hits with five strikeouts. Shortstop Dominic Pitelli had another impressive night at the plate. The leadoff hitter had two hits in four plate appearances.

Chattanooga concludes the series over the weekend with a Saturday game and Sunday matinee before heading home for a homestand against former Vol national champion Christian Moore and the Trash Pandas.
