JHM Certified Public Accountants in Chattanooga and Cleveland, welcomes several new hires this summer. Kevin Alfultis, Deanna Crook, Peyton Hodges, and Emily White have joined the firm.
Mr. Alfultis graduated from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. He then pursued and completed a Masters of Accountancy at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga in 2021. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee and works as a tax supervisor in a variety of industries.
Ms. Crook is a 2021 graduate of Lee University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as Nonprofit Management. She was awarded her CPA license in June 2023 (licensed in Tennessee). She's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. When not working she enjoys dancing, paddle-boarding, and being with her husband Joseph. She works in the Client Accounting Services department.
Ms. Hodges is originally from Birmingham, but moved up to the Chattanooga area around three years ago. She has over two years of experience and obtained her SHRM-CP certification in January of 2024. In her free time, she is training for an upcoming half marathon, playing with her lab Ozzie, and playing lots of pickleball. She is HR coordinator.
Ms. White is a 2023 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a 2024 graduate of the Master of Accountancy program at UTC. She is currently pursuing her CPA certification. She currently resides in Cleveland. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with her church, spending time with her Labrador retriever Lucy, and watching sports as she is a huge Atlanta Braves fan. She is part of JHM’s audit staff.
