SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management expands with four new hires this summer.
“Our company is growing at a fast pace,” said Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of SVN | Second Story. “Last year, we increased the square footage we manage by 90 percent, and to date in 2024, our brokerage team has nearly exceeded last year’s total sales and leases. Bringing in new staff adds to our capacity and helps every staff member on our team perform at a high level. This group of recent hires is exceptional, and we’re already seeing the impact of their contributions to both the brokerage and property management lines of business.”
The new team members include Meredith Rivers as brokerage operations manager, Hayden Williams as accounting manager, Nate Davis as director of maintenance and Sandy Bradley as director of property management.
Officials said, "Ms.
Rivers brings operations experience to the SVN | Second Story team. As brokerage operations manager, she plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of the real estate brokerage department on a daily basis. Rivers’ skills were highly visible during her eleven years at the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, where she served most recently as the senior director of member services and worked to ensure the smooth operation of dozens of events and programs.
"Mr. Williams, a licensed CPA, brings extensive accounting and auditing experience to the SVN | Second Story team. He holds a bachelor of science with a double major in accounting and finance/economics from Carson-Newman University and later earned an MBA. Previously, he served as senior auditor at LBMC.
"Mr. Davis brings many years of experience as a supervisor and project coordinator to the SVN | Second Story team. He has previously worked in Texas, South Carolina and North Carolina. His most recent role was as a regional project coordinator at Mission Rock Residential, where he oversaw properties and projects across three states.
"With 29 years of property management experience, Ms. Bradley is a strong addition to the SVN | Second Story staff. She was previously director of operations and innovation at Quinn Residences and has extensive experience working in a variety of property management and operational roles across property types, including multi-family, single-family and build-to-rent. She holds real estate licenses in Georgia and Florida."
