  • Tuesday, September 17, 2024

The Urban League of Greater Chattanooga announces the selection of 10 aspiring executive leaders for its 2024 cohort of the Inclusion by Design Executive Leadership Program.

The IBD program is a comprehensive executive leadership development initiative designed to build a pipeline of competitive, highly skilled leaders—specifically people of color and women—who are equipped to thrive in executive roles. The program prepares participants to successfully navigate the challenges of leadership while fostering a more inclusive, innovative, and competitive workplace that fuels organizational growth, said officials.

Since its inception, ULGC’s signature leadership program has produced 80 graduates who now serve in executive and leadership roles across the Chattanooga region and beyond.
