From her early days as an associate industrial engineer, where she honed her abilities in project management, budgeting and process improvement, to her current position as Shaw’s first female executive in an operations position as Vice President of Enterprise Excellence, Amanda has consistently demonstrated leadership and excellence. Recognized as a trailblazer in manufacturing leadership, Amanda has driven over $17 million in cost savings through strategic innovation and mentored 35+ women globally, championing the next generation of female leaders.
