Mary Edith Williams Jenkins, 76, died on Saturday, June 11, 2005, in a local hospital.

She was a member of Calvary Memorial Baptist Church in Fort Oglethorpe.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; William "Sonny" Jenkins Sr.; and two brothers, Thurman and Olen Williams.

She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, William "Ted" and Joanna Jenkins Jr. of Kennesaw, GA, Steve and Gail Jenkins of Canton, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Sarena and John Foster of Acworth, GA, six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, in the Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. Sunday and until service time Monday.
