James Davis
James Davis, 77, of Lookout Valley, died on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at his residence.
Born in Harriman, Tn., he had lived most of his life in Ringgold before moving to Lookout Valley 15 years ago. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local #74 and Fraternal Order of the Eagles #945.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Ann Davis; children, Dianne Davis, Atlanta, Joe Davis, Ringgold, Veronica Davidson, Florida, Dr. Don Davis, Dalton, Patti Weaver, Chattanooga; the mother of his children, Anita Davis, Ft. Oglethorpe; stepchildren, Diana Layne, Palmer, Tn., Steve Clark, Robert Plemons, Roger Plemons, Ricky Clark, all of Chattanooga; sister Martha Frasier, Florida; and several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Dale Thurpe officiating.
