Barnett, Kathleen Vlasta Stodola Gale

Kathleen Vlasta Stodola Gale Barnett, 69, of Chattanooga, lost her battle with lung cancer on January 30, 2013, but received her miracle in going home to the Lord.

She was predeceased by her parents, Rudy and Kate Stodola.

Survivors include by her husband, Michael Barnett; children, Jon (Kim) Gale, Lora (Bob) Pratt, Bobbie Lewis, Cory Gale; brothers, Milo (Linda) Stodola, Leroy (Mary Ann) Stodola; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and numerous friends and family.

Visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 1, from 5-8 p.m., and Saturday, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Regional Church of God, 2214 E. 17th St., Chattanooga.  The Reverend Jerry Davis will conduct the service at 1 p.m. in the church.

Interment will follow the service at Freehills Cemetery in Rosalie, Ala.

A memorial service will also be held in Freemont, Ne., on Feb. 16. The time and location will be announced at a later date.
