Vickie Jo Bagley Cook, 59, of LaFayette, GA, died Friday, February 15, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Bagley; and grandparents, Charlie and Virie Shepard and Virginia Bagley.
She is survived by her husband, Denny Cook, LaFayette; children, Eric, Luke, Peter and Greg Hoffmann, James Temples and Abby Young; father, Joe (Judy) Bagley, LaFayette; sisters, Linda Bagley and Jill Martin; brother, Joel Bagley; grandchildren, Barrett Hopper, Jasmine Gerlach, Bryson Hoffmann, Calleigh Hoffmann, Becka Harris, Lexie Young and Alli Young; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Monday, February 18 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Sunday, February 17 from 6-9 p.m.
