Brider, Mary Ann
Mary Ann Brider, 77, of Chattanooga, died, surrounded by family, on August 18, 2013 in a local health care facility.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Willimena Jackson; brothers, Joe Willie and Ronnie Jackson; niece, Angela Alexander.
Survivors include her very devoted son, Michael Harris, Sr.; sons, Marvin and Billy Harris, Jr.; sister, Joyce Alexander; grandchildren, Michael (Laura) Harris, Jr., Steven Farmer, Erica Farmer, Angela Kennedy; Angel Harris, great-grandchildren, Cyana Bryant, Mekhi; nieces, Yolanda Alexander, Sonia Jackson; nephews, Jerome Jackson, Ronnie Jackson, Jr. and Derrick Houston; cousin, Geraldine Phillips; a host of other extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23, at Highland Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Thursday, Aug. 22, and the family will receive friends from 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
