Police said a man was arrested for burglary on Bailey Avenue after he came back for more.

Jeffery Smith, 53, is charged with two counts of aggravated burglary.

Ryan McIntosh said last Thursday he woke up to find a black male inside his apartment holding his TV and a guitar. The burglar fled after he was confronted.

Police said the same man returned on Saturday and had numerous items taken.

Officers were in the area and they spotted Smith who had items from both burglaries with him.

The apartment resident identified Smith as the man who was in his unit on Thursday.

Smith has prior convictions for aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery.
