Casey Dzierlatka, 67, of East Ridge, Tennessee, died on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at his home.
He was originally from Myszymiec, Poland and was the former owner of Casey’s Upholstery. He attended both Our Lady of Perpetual Help and St. Gerard Catholic Churches. His passions in life were his long walks and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Czesiaw and Stefania Dzierlatka, brother, Chester Dzierlatka and sister, Regina Mosek.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Regina Dzierlatka, children, Anna (David) Sofield and Peter (Lindsay) Karwowski, grandchildren, Thomas, Kyle and Maya Sofield, brothers, Stefan Dzierlatka, Zdzislaw Dzierlatka, Roman Dzierlatka, Wieslaw Dzierlatka, sisters, Krystyna Dobrzinski, Wanda Oja, cousin, Chester Dzierlatka and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
All other services will be private.
