Ray Cureton
Ray Cureton, 78, died on November 29, 2014 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Swan Woods and Ethel Cureton; brother, Arthur Moore; sister, Mary Campbell; sister and brother-in-law, Annie and Willie White.
Survivors include his children, Keith Cureton, Sacramento; Sonia Deadman and Angela Adioulo Detroit; Virginia Williams, Atlanta; granddaughter, Kim Cureton, Sacramento, and Jessica Deadman, Detroit; great-granddaughter, Rochelle Cureton, brother, William Moore, Chattanooga; sister, Blanche Curtis, Toledo; nephews, Willie White, David White, Darryl White, Chattanooga, Mychael White, Atlanta; Harold, Robert, Maurice, Michael Moore, Chattanooga; and nieces, Deborah Moore and Patricia Commons.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5, at Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Thursday, Dec. 4, and the family will received friends from 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
