Resurrection Lutheran Hosts "Looking For The Light" Service

  • Friday, December 12, 2014

Resurrection Lutheran Church, located at 4309 Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd. in Ooltewah, will host a “Looking for the Light” (Blue Christmas) service on Monday, December 22, at 7 p.m. This service will serve as an opportunity to acknowledge and accept our pain and loss and to remember that the Light of the World, Jesus Christ, shines into our darkness with hope, mercy, and love.

“Those who have faced loss during the year don’t always feel like celebrating or even joining a prepared celebration,” said Pastor Lesley Radius.

Resurrection Lutheran sees this reality and invites the community to join tnem for this special service.
