Veronia Frances Tucker Arnold, 80, died on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014.
She was born Nov. 4, 1934 in Rossville. Veronia was a resident of Chickamauga and member of Pilgrim Way Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. She loved her family, especially Billy and Hunter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Thomas and Unice Mae Joyner Tucker, her son, Skipper Farris Arnold, and sisters, Martha Jo Stoker and Betty Jean Meredith.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bill Arnold, her grandson, Billy Arnold, her great-grandson, Hunter Arnold and nieces.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, in the funeral home chapel, with Reverend Jim Jones officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, and prior to the service on Thursday.
