Preponderance Of Evidence Vs. Criminal Charges Is Ruining Lives

  • Saturday, December 6, 2014

Barack Obama and Eric Holder worked with the Department of Education to stack the deck against young men in this country by using "preponderance of evidence" vs. criminal charges to ruin lives and/or careers. This young man at UTC being expelled has become the victim of this nonsense.

Now of course I do not know the exact circumstances, but the fact that no criminal charges were made makes me suspicious of the whole ordeal.

Now for women it can be open season on getting revenge or retribution on something that may have been consensual at the time. It seems that just asking a woman for a date has now become the standard for whether it rises to the level of stalking or sexual harassment.

These comments do not imply there are not problems dealing with issues of a sexual nature on campus, but it might disguise real criminal activity. I feel that the scales of justice have been severely tilted against young males with these new edicts from the Department of Education.
