Kay Lynn White, 56, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Friday, April 4, 2014 in a local hospital.

She was born Oct. 8, 1957, to the late Herman and Ruby (Hise) Hollis.

She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed reading her Bible daily. She loved spending time with her family watching TV and playing with her dog; Bella. She was a kind person always willing to help anyone in need as she spent her career as a C.N.A.

Survivors include her children, Amy (Duane) Stamper of Lafayette, Mindy (Eric) Forrest of Lafayette, and Tracy (Curtis) Johnson of Lafayette; brothers, Barry (Gloria) Hollis of Lafayette, and Timmy (Shawn) Hollis also of Lafayette; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A private celebration of life for Kay White will be conducted at a later date. 

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
