8 Fire Companies Called To Blaze At Car Detailing Shop On Chapman Road

Eight fire companies were called to a blaze at a vehicle detailing shop on Chapman Road on Saturday morning.

At 11:38 a.m., the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a commercial fire at 2100 Chapman Road.

It took seven fire companies about 30 minutes to get the fire under control. One additional fire company was called for extra manpower and equipment.

The fire was contained to the Car Care Now Professional Automotive Detailing but several other businesses received smoke damage.

No one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
