Identities Given In Wreck On Champion Road In Which 2 People Were Killed

Identities have been given of the wreck on Champion Road in which two people were killed.

The driver of the single-vehicle crash reported on 6000 Champion Road was identified as Thomas Owen Carney 3rd, 31, from Jacksonville, Fla.

The passenger was identified as Howard Sullivan Kearney, 29, of Chattanooga.

They were in a 2014 Audi that crashed near Booker T. Washington State Park shortly after 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
