CCS Wins Big Over Howard 57-0

The Chattanooga Christian School football team marched to a 57-0 region win over Howard Friday night   The Chargers rushed for 233 of their 310 total offensive yards.  

Senior DJ Toney rushed 12 times for 78 yards and three touchdowns.  

Freshman Mondo Ellison rushed for 74 yards on 10 carries and scored twice. 

The Charger defense held Howard to just 134 yards on offense.  Howard quarterback Jahmani Thomas was seven of 11 for 79 yards.  

CCS improves to 2-1 in the region and 4-2 overall.  Howard is 0-3 in the region and 1-6 overall. 

CCS travels to Copper Basin next week and finishes the regular season with Red Bank, Grace and East Ridge. 

Howard plays at Loudon next week and faces off with East Ridge and Signal Mountain.
