Betty Doris Welch, 87, of Soddy Daisy, died on Friday, October 2, 2015.

She was a member of the Sale Creek Church of God. Betty was the co-owner of Tools for School & Office Supply. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Welch; her parents, George and Myrtle Settles; and three brothers, Sam Settles, Clifford Settles and David Settles. 

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Joy Welch; daughter, Janet Welch; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Wayne Wright; a sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Mike Smith along with several nieces and nephews. 

Services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 4, at 3 p.m. at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Bishop Terry Bolton and Reverend Daniel Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 4-9 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 4, after 11 a.m.
