The sale was to Bond Street Fund 7 Llc, Southern Sumter Crossing Llc from Hixson Crossing Llc.

The center is at 5550 Highway 153 across from Best Buy and Target.

Built in 2010, it has 12,640 square feet of leasable space.

It is on a 1.4-acre tract.
