Judy Jeffers, 62, of Soddy Daisy, died on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, 

She was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church.  She had worked for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department and had served her community for the last 25 years in the medical field.

Survivors include her husband, Ken Jeffers, Soddy Daisy; children, Jim (Angel) Brooks, Hixson; Felecia Hutson, Oneida, TN; grandchildren, Jonathon and Elizabeth Brooks, and Cassidy and Emily Hutson; mother, Betty May, Soddy Daisy; sisters, Barbara Stone, McMinn County, Rhonda Culver, Soddy Daisy; brother, Bill May, Jr., Soddy Daisy; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Clankston Freeman officiating.  Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Judy Jeffers Trust Fund, c/o Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in Soddy Daisy.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, March 6, and 12-2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
