Former Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe defensive coordinator Bo Campbell has been hired as the Warriors new head football coach. Campbell replaces Todd Windham who recently resigned. Campbell was an assistant coach at LFO for five years before moving to Notre Dame as an assistant coach to Charles Fant in 2012. Prior to his first stint at LFO, he was the head coach at Chattanooga Central for two seasons.

The former University of Tennessee player who has a 1998 National Championship ring from his time with the Vols, has been a teacher at LFO for the past eight years, but coached at Notre Dame for the last three seasons.
LFO's search committee received a phone call from former Tennessee head coach Phillip Fulmer expressing his support for Campbell.
