Robert Michael “Mike” Hughes, 55, of Dalton, GA, died on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the local hospital.
Mike was born February 9, 1960 in Copper Hill, TN to the late Charlie and Dorothy Cook Hughes; and was also preceded in death by his brothers, B.J. Hughes and Johnny Hughes; and sisters, Jerri Dobbs, Arene Hughes and Linnie Joe Hughes.
He is survived by his son, Michael Nathan Hughes of Chatsworth, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Hannah Nicole and Joshua Davis of Sylacauga, AL; sisters, Hilda Chadwick of Virginia, Charlie Sue Morris of Murphy, NC; grandchildren, Natalie and Landon Davis; and nieces and nephews.
At Mike’s request he will be cremated at Dalton Crematory and no services will be held at this time.
