Chattanooga Healthcare Academy Celebrates Grand Opening On Thursday

Chattanooga Healthcare Academy will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch will be served. It will be held at the BDC/Business Development Center, and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will coordinate this event.    

Chattanooga Healthcare Academy aims to provide the highest quality health care training in the area with emphasis on long-term care and helping students with post-graduation job placement.

Chattanooga Healthcare Academy began operations in 2015. 

Dr. Ardyce Ridolfo, a geriatric and family nurse practitioner, recognized a need for more skilled and qualified individuals in the region for in-home elder care as well as the staffing of the multitude of hospitals and nursing homes in the Chattanooga area.
