Please join the Missionary Ridge Neighborhood Association for a presentation by
Sam Davis Elliott, a local attorney and renowned Civil War historian.  Mr. Elliott will present
“The Grand and Imposing Array of Brave Men: The Capture of Rossville Gap and the Defeat of the Confederate Left,” a lesser known portion of the Battle of Missionary Ridge.

The event will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 6:30pm at the fire hall at 36 Sheridan Drive.

Re-enactors will be on site.

Crews are searching for a lost kayaker on the Ocoee Number Three Lake in the Tumbling Creek area. Chattanooga Area Could Get Up To 7 Inches Of Rain In New Wave Of Downpours

The Chattanooga area could get up to seven inches of rain in a new wave of downpours Tuesday through Sunday. So in 2003 Chattanooga and Marion County and more people below Chickamauga Dam suffered a 100 year flood because TVA had not prepared for the amount of rain that fell.
