Karen Smith
Karen Elaine Smith, 56, of Hixson, died on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy H. Webb.
Karen loved the outdoors, hiking and she especially enjoyed flower gardening and maintaining flower beds for others. She enjoyed shopping and crafting with family and friends. She loved her sweet dog Sadie.
Karen is survived by her husband of 32 years, Mike Smith; mother, Betty Webb; sister, Gwen Ward and her husband Michael; brother, Steve Webb and his wife Tammy; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25, in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Bill Harvey.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to McKamey Animal Shelter.
