Shopping Center Anchored By Food City On Hixson Pike Sells For $5,250,000

A shopping center anchored by Food City on Hixson Pike has been sold for $5,250,000 by Roswell, Ga., investors.

The center is at 8530 Hixson Pike near Camp Columbus Road.

It also includes a Domino's Pizza and other stores.

The sale was to Suso 4 Hixson Lp from Mimms Investments of Roswell.
