Hamilton, Debbie Kay (Old Fort)

Debbie Kay Hamilton, 58, of Old Fort, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her residence.

Debbie spent most of her life in Columbus County, NC. She was a member of Whiteville Church of God. Debbie enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family especially her grandkids. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7)

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Carl S Ward and Darcus Kathleen Ward; and brother, Dan Ward.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Frank Hamilton; son, Chris Lundy; daughters, Barbara Duggan and Kayla Talley; her sister, Judy Ward Watts; brother, Joey Ward; and nine grandchildren, Phillip, Haleigh, Benjamin, Colin York, Leah, Abby, Shelby Talley, Aidan Lundy and Malia Breckenridge. 

Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12 at Hayesville Church of God. Hayesville Church of God is located 72 Fort Hembree Rd, Hayesville, NC 28904. 

The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service.

Companion Funeral and Cremation Service has charge of the arrangements.
