5-Story Apartment/Retail Planned Across From Erlanger Hospital

A five-story apartment/retail complex is being planned across from Erlanger Hospital.

The site owned by Jimmy and Molly Seal is at the southeast corner of Third Street and Central Avenue.

Belle Investment plans 220 apartment units as well as ground floor commercial and parking.

The site is 2.62 acres.

The rezoning case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday, March 14, at 1 p.m.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval.
