High School Culinary Students To Compete In State Competition April 18-19

Tennessee's best high school culinary students will compete at the SkillsUSA State Culinary Competition to be held April 18 and 19 at the Virginia College campus in Chattanooga, located at  721 Eastgate Loop.

Students will have the opportunity compete in Culinary and Commercial Baking competitions during the two-day event, which will allow them to showcase skills they have acquired in the classroom.

 

Scholarships from Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College, will be awarded to the winner of each category. The Culinary and Commercial Baking competitions will take place on April 18 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and April 19 from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., respectively.
