Daniel Lowell Brady, 57, of Hixson, died on Saturday, May 28,2016 at his home.

Danny was a longtime resident of Chattanooga and was employed with West-Rock (formerly Rock-Tenn) for the past 39 years.

He was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church in Hixson.

Danny enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with his wife and enjoyed muscle cars and car shows.

Danny was preceded in death by his father, Lowell F. Brady; grandparents, W.D. and Beatrice Brady, Joseph Downs, Sr. and Vandora Downs; and sister, Phyllis Carden.

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Eugenia (Gina) Deweese Brady; daughters, Joanie Danielle (Brandon) Hendricks, Soddy Daisy, and Amanda Brady (David) Jones, Hixson; three grandchildren, Starr and Brady Jones and Nolan Hendricks; loving in-laws, Gene and Dorothy Deweese, Hixson; mothers, Ruth Jeffers (Terry Lovelace); and Shirley Smith, both of Chattanooga;  sisters, Martha Bush, Ft. Oglethorpe, Nancy (James) Anderson, Hixson, Sharon (Pete) Standifer, Apison, Christi (Bill) Barnes, Fort Oglethorpe, Patty Jeffers, Chattanooga; brothers, Mitchell Brady, Red Bank and Kirk (Sherri) Mincey, Groveland, FL; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special friend, Bobby Hodson.

Services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Michael Graham officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Chris Kennett, Josh Deweese, Justin Deweese, Charles McKeel, Matt Allison and Chris Hall serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 31, from 4-8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road.
