Clayton, Franklin Earl (Menlo)

Franklin Earl Clayton, 61, of the Head River Community in Menlo, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016.

He was a retired welder.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Clayton; and his parents, Vernon and Carmleton Ford Clayton.

Survivors include his son, Ernest Clayton of Menlo, GA; daughter, LaShell Clayton of Rossville, GA; grandchildren, Amanda Clayton and Amber Pemberton; and great-granddaughter, Jasmine Suggs.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, at the Ford Family Cemetery, in the New Home Community, with Rev. Richard Howard officiating. 

Ryan Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
