Shona Chandler
Shona Chandler was named the new executive director for The Bridge at Ooltewah, an assisted living community.
Ms. Chandler comes to The Bridge from Brookdale Athens, an assisted living center in Athens, Tn., where she served as executive director for six years. Prior to that appointment, she was marketing director for Life Care Center of Athens. She has been working in senior living for 15 years.
“I enjoy all aspects of working with seniors,” said Ms.
Chandler.
“We are fortunate to have Shona join our team,” said Jenny Graham, director of operations for The Bridge’s parent company, Century Park Associates. “Her experience in the Chattanooga area in sales and leadership will be a great addition to the team at Ooltewah. Her compassion for seniors is obvious, and her team spirit fits our Century Park mission.”
Originally from Calhoun, Tn., Ms. Chandler earned a bachelor’s degree from Branell College in Atlanta. She resides in Sweetwater. She is married to Danny Chandler and has two children, 19-year-old Maria and 17-year-old Troy, and one stepdaughter, 16-year-old Jadyn.
The Bridge at Ooltewah is at 5901 Snow Hill Road.
