William "Clyde" Lanthripp
William "Clyde" Lanthripp, 64, of Hixson, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2016.
A native of Soddy Daisy, Clyde was loved by many who knew him. He was always available to help loved ones when he could and if he had any weaknesses, they were probably candy and muscle cars.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Lanthripp Sr., mother, Freida "Peanut" Stevens, brothers, Walter Jr and Thomas, and daughter Angela "Dusty" Morris. He is survived by his granddaughters Brandy Nobles, Lauren Morris and Jessica Cofer, his great-grandson, Logan Beene, nephew, Jeffrey Lanthripp and niece, Sheri Freeman.
Cremation has been chosen and his ashes will be laid to rest in Smith Cemetery in Soddy Daisy at a later date. The family asks that we respect their privacy during this difficult time.
