Boy, 4, In Critical Condition After Near Drowning In Farm Pond

A four-year-old boy was in critical condition after nearly drowning in a farm pond on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident happened when the child wandered away from adults at the property near the Hamilton/Sequatchie line on Walden's Ridge.

The child's grandfather found him in the water.

He was taken by helicopter to Children's Hospital, where he was in the Intensive Care Unit.
