Bramlett, Bettie Dyer (Dalton)

Bettie Dyer Bramlett, 84, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Tuesday July 19, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Bettie worked for Hardwick Bank and Trust and then worked for Dalton Supply Co. for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Wood Bramlett Sr.; and her daughter, Debbie Bramlett Griffith.

Bettie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Earl Wood “Woody” Bramlett, Jr. and Sheila of Dalton; son-in-law, Rick Griffith of Birmingham, AL; granddaughters, Emily Bramlett of Dalton and Jennifer Griffith Sides of Birmingham; grandson, Jason Griffith of Tuscaloosa, AL; and nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thank-you to the staff at The Gardens at Royal Oaks and to the Dalton Place Memory Care for all the love and care they gave Bettie.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Bailey and Pastor Allan Murphy officiating.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday from 12-2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family asks the memorials be made to one’s favorite charity.

Love Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
