New section of the popular Tennessee Riverwalk opens Friday with festivities continuing through the weekend. It connects Ross's Landing Park with St. Elmo.
Senator Lamar Alexander said, “Today’s official opening of the three-mile extension of the Tennessee Riverpark is the latest example of Chattanooga’s success, helping attract people from all over the world who love the American outdoors and connecting them with the area's cultural and industrial heritage."
